Why Anshu?

Anshu is a self-leadership expert & educator who holds degrees in Broadcast Journalism, Mass Communications, & a Bachelor's in Tourism Studies. She also holds a Diploma in Acting, Arts, Entertainment & Media Management, is currently completing her MBA at Queensland University of Technology, is the 2024 winner of the QUT Female Executive Leadership Scholarship and is a certified Trainer & Assessor holding a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from TAFE Queensland.

 

Anshu has developed her own proprietary leadership operating System, which she trains corporate leaders in, through programs designed to embed new habits, new mindsets and repeatable actions in leaders, to reinforce the change.

Programs

A strategic 12-workshop series delivered over 12 sessions. Subject to specific tailoring, this would usually include training in areas like:

  • Influence & Negotiation

  • Maximising your Effectiveness

  • Adaptive & Courageous Leadership

  • Other Areas for Strategic Leadership Development

These will be conducted as group training sessions at a cost per delegate, and the program's structure will allow for “hot seat” sessions dedicated solely to individual Q&A.

This is a 9 session program designed to embed a repeatable delivery blueprint and allow delegates to achieve integrated mastery in:
