THE ORIGIN
Most leadership experts study pressure from the outside. They observe it in organisations, research it in journals, distil it into frameworks and teach it in seminar rooms. That background produces credible and valuable practitioners.
Anshu Sisodia built her understanding of self-leadership under pressure from the inside - 16 years inside one of the most unforgiving high-stakes performance environments in the world. Live international breakfast television, delivered to up to 300 million viewers, across India's leading networks, including CNN-IBN and IBN7.
There were no retakes. No time to consult a framework. No safety net of hierarchy or process when the story changed in the final seconds before broadcast. In that environment, self-leadership - the ability to regulate internally, think with clarity, act from values and hold presence under intense public scrutiny - was not a competency to develop. It was the condition of showing up every day.
That lived experience is the foundation of the Leadership Operating System™. Not a framework designed from theory. An operating architecture forged in practice, refined over more than a decade of work with senior leaders and organisations across Australia, Asia-Pacific, the UAE and North America, and grounded in the latest research in neuroscience and behavioural psychology.
THE BROADCAST YEARS
"When millions of people are watching, there is no version of leadership that theory alone can sustain. You either have an internal operating system that holds under pressure, or you do not. I spent over 16 years on live television building mine."

THE AUSTRALIAN CHAPTER
Translating Experience into Practice
After relocating to Australia, Anshu built and managed her own businesses - acquiring the direct commercial and entrepreneurial experience that distinguishes her from speakers who have moved from education into speaking without navigating the pressures of running organisations.
Over more than a decade as a speaker-educator and executive leadership coach, she has partnered with senior leaders, C-suite executives, boards and emerging leaders across Asia-Pacific, the UAE and North America. Her client engagements span leadership conferences, executive coaching programs, organisational culture change initiatives and bespoke leadership development programs grounded in the LOS™ framework.
She has taught more than 11,000 students across universities in India and Australia, and has worked with leaders in professional services, financial services, technology, government, healthcare, higher education, sport, business, NDIS and the not-for-profit sectors.
THE LOS™
The Intellectual Foundation
The Leadership Operating System™ is Anshu's proprietary framework for self-leadership under pressure. It is the intellectual architecture she has built, tested, refined and validated across 27 years of professional experience and more than a decade of dedicated research into neuroscience and behavioural psychology.
The LOS™ operates across three pillars - Execution OS, Core OS and Strategic OS - each addressing a distinct layer of self-leadership capability. Together, they form a complete operating architecture for leading at the highest level, in the hardest conditions, with integrity intact.
The framework is the subject of Anshu's keynotes, workshops, executive coaching engagements and the TEDx talk Unseen to Undeniable, delivered at QUT Brisbane.

“Anshu challenges the conventional notion of being unbreakable. She made a compelling case for self-recognition before seeking world recognition - a distinction that resonated deeply. Her message about becoming irrefutable in your own worth, particularly when you've been overlooked, spoke to something many of us have experienced but struggled to articulate. What set Anshu apart was her authenticity. The passion and conviction she brought to her message about turning pain into purpose felt earned, not rehearsed. Her work in values-based leadership and creating team cultures built on authentic resilience is exactly what organisations need right now.”

“At a TEDx event in front of a captivated audience of over 400 people, Anshu’s talk was nothing short of extraordinary, deeply emotional, powerfully delivered, and resonating long after the final word. What struck me most was her ability to take the audience on a journey. Her message, centred on the power of making values-based decisions - was not only timely, but transformative. It invited deep self-reflection and left a lasting impression on how I approach leadership and personal integrity. As a speaker, Anshu blends emotion with technique. Her use of hand gestures, expressive acting, and intentional pauses created a powerful connection with the room. You could feel the energy shift as she spoke, the audience followed her every word, ending in well-deserved ovations.”
