What is Anshu's USP?
For 16+ years, Anshu has operated at the sharp edge of live broadcast by anchoring national breakfast TV across India’s leading networks and producing thousands of high-stakes programs where clarity, composure, and connection weren’t optional. Concurrently, Anshu taught at universities and within organisations as an adjunct lecturer and corporate trainer, translating complex ideas into practical skills for thousands of emerging and established leaders.
After relocating to Australia, Anshu built and managed businesses, advising leaders on how to communicate effectively under pressure while motivating people to take action. Anshu brings these experiences together as a speaker-educator. Her work synthesises frontline broadcasting, adult learning, and leadership development into a Leadership Operating System (LOS) for the VUCA/BANI era, enabling C-suite executives, Boards, and teams to stay resilient under pressure, lead with presence and values, and turn disruption into a defining advantage.

Today, Anshu is an internationally recognised Self-Leadership expert, TEDx speaker, and Certified Trainer & Assessor who equips leaders to transform volatility into velocity. With a Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication, a Certificate IV in Diction and Voice Training, and a Diploma in Acting, Arts, and Event Management, she brings technical mastery to every engagement. Currently completing her MBA at Queensland University of Technology as a QUT Female Executive Leader 2024 Scholarship recipient, Anshu synthesises academic rigour with battlefield-tested insights that leaders can deploy immediately.

Audio-Visual and Speaker Requirements
These guidelines are designed to help ensure your event runs seamlessly and that Anshu can deliver her best possible presentation. While the following outline her preferences, she is flexible and happy to adapt to your venue’s setup. If any of these are unavailable, please let us know so we can plan an alternative arrangement.
Microphone: Anshu prefers a lapel microphone to allow freedom of movement and the ability to use her hands for props and a clicker while engaging directly with the audience.
Water: Please provide room-temperature water on stage. Cold or iced water can strain vocal cords, so room temperature is essential.
Presentation: Ideally, Anshu’s presentation should be pre-loaded onto your system in advance for a smooth start.
Comfort Monitor: A comfort monitor centered at the front of the stage is preferred to help her stay aligned with the flow of slides and audience engagement.
Clicker: Anshu uses her own USB-connected presentation clicker.
Table: A small table near the stage would be appreciated to hold her props and water.
Lighting: As Anshu moves dynamically across the stage, please ensure the stage area is well lit to maintain clear visibility throughout her presentation.
